My focus is to help individuals heal, energize, and become aware of their inner strengths.

I work with individuals, couples and families to address concerns such as depression, anxiety, interpersonal, intrapersonal and relationship issues. I can work with clients on a weekly, biweekly or as needed basis dependent on client needs. I am accepting new clients and have scheduling flexibility in order to accommodate traditional and non-traditional schedules.
